Red Ravens

This is a one day tournament held at Rangi Woods Camping Ground. Battles are fought between teams of seven. It is an interclub event. You can see videos and photos from last year on the Clontarf 2009 page.

Rangi Woods is a 40 minute drive from the Palmy CBD.

1. Drive from Palmy to Ashhurst.
2. Follow the main road, Cambridge Ave, through Ashhurst. This road changes it's name once you're past Ashhurst into Pohangina Rd.
3. Keep going along Pohangina Rd, ten minutes of which are on gravel, till you come to a T intersection.
4. Turn right onto Churchill Dr.
5. Immediately after crossing bridge over the Pohangina River look for the Totara Reserve sign on your right (see photo).
6. Pass through the gates and drive through the camp till you come to the large hall (see photo) and you're there.
