Demonstrate:-
- The grips
- The attacks
- Right shoulder
- Right thigh
- Left thigh
- Left shoulder
And own leg bindings (early period) or hose and braies (late period). Extra credit can be gained by:-
- These being made from natural fibres
- Making these yourself
